The IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) Content Pack for Monitoring SOAR as a Service provides an ITSI-based approach to monitor

|
the health of your SOAR server environment. The content pack contains specific KPIs for monitoring SOAR metrics as well
|
|
as two SOAR deep dives.
|
|
|
|
**Note**: This content pack requires that user first install the [Splunk Add-on for Unix and Linux](https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/833/) and the [Splunk app for SOAR](https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/6361/). The KPIs defined in this content pack leverage the add-on and the Splunk app for SOAR to analyze the health of SOAR and its Operating System. The macros used in the content pack are also defined in the Splunk app for SOAR.
